1. Provide technical solutions for C&I and utility-scale solar-plus-storage integration projects in assigned overseas regions, strengthening the company's competitiveness in those markets.

2. Conduct customer requirements analysis and technical discussions, and design and deploy appropriate solar-plus-storage solutions.

3. Support sales teams in customer development and tendering; independently select equipment based on tender documents and prepare technical submissions.

4. Build regional solutions teams and develop team capability.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power electronics, automation/control or a related discipline.

2. At least five years' professional experience, including at least three years in pre-sales solutions for overseas energy storage projects; familiarity with the technical interface requirements of overseas projects.

3. Broad understanding of battery systems, PCS, BMS and EMS.

4. Strong commitment to continuous learning and awareness of the latest energy storage technologies.

5. Strong self-motivation and team-management capability.

6. Proactive and able to perform under pressure.

7. Willingness to travel overseas for technical support.

8. Fluent spoken and written English.
